HAMPSHIRE SIKA DEER

Pan roasted and finished over flames served with pan roasted foie gras, ethical duck liver from Spain our friend Eduardo. A gherkin ketchup, celeriac roasted and a venison (faggot) meatball. The sauce to finish the the grande venuer sauce. LARGE FORK STEAK KNIFE

CARDAMOM - BLOOD ORANGE - GINGER
